Opera ala Carte

(Students entering 7^thgrade and beyond)

From the enchantment of La Cenerentola and The Magic Flute to the drama of Don Giovanni and Carmen participants in Opera ala Carte will be instructed in voice, drama, and dance by local area professionals with a focus on good technique, creating solid building blocks of musicality, presentation, and movement.  In addition to the highest quality vocal repertoire and exceptional teachers, participants will also be involved in the production of each opera including staging and blocking, giving them skills that will enhance their performance experiences now and in the future.

Enrollment is by audition only and participants will be placed in one or more opera according to their schedule and ability.

Tuition:  $400.00 plus $25.00 costume deposit

Dates:  June 15^th through July 31^st

Time/Location:  Rehearsal times and locations vary.

Performances:  July 23^rd and 24^th, July 30^th and 31^st
